Method
- Place 1 sheet of phyllo on a piece of parchment paper and brush the entire sheet with melted butter.
- Sift a thin layer of icing sugar over the entire sheet of buttered phyllo.
- Repeat this 2 times and let the butter set in the refrigerator. When chilled, the phyllo is easier to cut.
