  • About

This dressing is good on all sorts of salads. It is also excellent as a dip with fresh vegetables. Depending on the use, you may need to thin the dressing with buttermilk. This is from the Bonaventure Spa in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup nonfat yogurt
  • ½ cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoo

Method

  • Whisk the yogurt, mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, parsley, dill, and celery seed in a mixing bowl. Gradually whisk in the buttermilk to bring dressing to desired consistency.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Dressing will thicken slightly upon standing.
