A creamy, tangy dressing with a slightly sweet edge, this is good on fruit as well as mixed greens. If you make it with non-fat yogurt, it will be absolutely fat free.


  • ½ cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice


    Just before serving, combine the yogurt, honey, and lime juice in a small bowl. Whisk until blended.
