Method
Cook noodles in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Ladle out about

tablespoons
of the cooking water before draining. Drain noodles.
Combine the reserved noodle cooking water and the poppy seeds in the saucepan. Add the hot noodles and toss. Serve at once.
