Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup chopped mint
  • ¼ cup chopped tarragon
  • ¼ cup chopped chives
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

    Method

    Combine the chutney ingredients in a small bowl and stir to blend. Cover and refrigerate. Remove from refrigerator about ½ hour before serving.
