I think this dessert gets the “most bang for your buck” award. It’s a beautiful presentation and absolutely delicious, but it takes literally just a few minutes to make. I recommend taking the time to make a small batch of homemade whipped cream for these guys, but it’s by no means necessary. Feel free to use a premade version.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon

Method

  1. In a cold metal mixing bowl, combine sugar, cream, and vanilla and whisk until cream forms stiff peaks. You can also use a mixer to beat the cream until it’s whipped. (You could use any number of store-bought whipped creams, but I’m a big fan of homemade.)
  2. Crush graham crackers with your hands.
  3. In each of two tall glasses, add a small scoop of ice cream,
