  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ lb (225 g) lean ground beef

Method

Heat the oil in a large pan and brown the ground meats, stirring constantly for about 4 minutes. Transfer the meat to a plate and drain the excess oil from the pan.
