The magic combination of hazelnuts and chocolate gets a boozy boost from Frangelico, a hazelnut liqueur made in the northern Italian region of the Piedmont. The hints of herbs, vanilla, and cocoa infused in Frangelico work perfectly in these madeleines to create a light, nutty, flavorful cakelet.
