Oh my god! These are the black beans you get in Beef & Black Bean Sauce and they are AMAZING. They smell like dark chocolate and taste even richer. So deep in flavour that blended up, combined with doenjang (Korean miso), MSG and honey and mixed into mayo, they become something rich and deeply meat-like. And yet completely veggie.
