This is basically goddess dressing made with hemp seeds. If you prefer a dressing with more texture (and one that is less green in color), fold in the scallion, dill, and parsley after blending. In summer, drizzle this over fresh tomatoes and cucumbers. In winter, use it on roasted potatoes or as a dip for Baked Tempeh Nuggets.
