You’ve probably seen these if you’ve been eating out recently – corn ribs are the new trendy alternative to pork or beef ribs. My spicy version is completely mouth-watering and so fun to eat. The tangy chaat masala sprinkle and the acidity from the lime juice squeezed on at the end are essential to lift these from ordinary to out of this world, so don’t miss them out! Cooking for kids? Just leave out the chilli and serve with a simple lime mayo.
