An all-time classic with a few tweaks. People love the simplicity of steak and chips but it calls for only the best ingredients. Always use your local butcher for steak, buy the best quality watercress, and only use freshly-grated horseradish (or a really good quality horseradish sauce, such as Tracklements) for the butter. If you make too much, you can freeze it.
