This dish shows off how simple a great dish can be. It’s all about using great ingredients and creating the amazing cheese sauce. Nasturtiums are easy to grow from seed, the leaves and flowers are edible with a spicy flavour similar to rocket. I plant seeds in the spring and by early July we have a never-ending supply of leaves and brightly coloured flowers in the garden.
