  • 500 g/1 lb 2 oz skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Method

  1. To make the spice paste, put all the ingredients in a mini food processor and grind to a smooth paste. Scrape the paste into a mixing bowl, add the chicken and mix well, making sure the chicken is completely coated. Cover and leave for 30 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator if time allows.
