  • 500 g/1 lb 2 oz boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Method

  1. To make the marinade, put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Reserve half of the mixture to use as a sauce later and mix the rest with the chicken in a large mixing bowl until the chicken is completely coated. Cover and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, or overnight if time allows.
