  • 1.5 kg/3 lb 5 oz chicken legs and thighs on the bone, skinned

Method

  1. Put the spice paste ingredients in a mini food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a large mixing bowl, then add the chicken and mix until the chicken is completely coated. Cover and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator if time allows.
