In this scrumptious baked chicken dish, chicken legs are brushed with a paste of mustard, parsley, and garlic, encased in fresh bread crumbs, and baked until done. It is terrific to make on a night when you know your partner will be coming home long after everyone else has eaten because the chicken tastes delicious at room temperature. Served with a vegetable salad and slices of whole-grain bread, it makes for a fine late-night supper.
