I like a sautéed veal chop when I want a speedy fix of veal that has a nice bone to chew on. You can flavor the chops with any number of quick little pan sauces, much like you can sautéed chicken breasts.
For a side dish, serve Brussels Sprouts Rounds, Orange-Juice-Steamed Carrots, or Aromatic Rice with Vegetables and you’re done with making dinner.
