This tart cooks almost like a crumble with the garlic and parsley crust. It eats very well with a tomato salad or Tomato and Mustard Seed Salad.

Ingredients

  • 25 g (1 oz) unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6.
