Rice Pudding Ice-cream with Raspberry Jam Sauce

I love baked rice pudding. It was one of my favourites at home with the lovely skin on top. Creamed rice pudding is also one of my favourites, especially with raspberry jam spooned on top. Well, I thought I would come up with the opposite. Rice pudding ice-cream with warm jam sauce. It works really well and when you tell your guests they’ve got rice pudding and jam sauce, this will definitely surprise them. This ice-cream also works very well in a Rice Pudding
