This is a taste of old school food from the seventies and eighties in New Zealand. Whenever I open my mum’s fridge there is always a glass jar of this dressing made up – I eat it with sliced boiled eggs, lettuce, cooked beetroot, tomato and grated cheese. You don’t get much more Kiwi than this!
