This is something I developed solely because my daughters wanted to see it on the menu. It has an almost mulled, spice edge that makes it quite grown up, complex and sophisticated. This made it a source of disappointment for my girls. They wanted the marshmallows and syrup and to be able to down five in a row without engaging palate or brain.

Sweet success!

My first attempt at any Rocky Road, I had most of the ingredients, used a bar of white chocolate in addition to dark, substituted raisins for the cranberries. I made them for a friend’s birthday and they were demolished by other friends! Good job there is another bag in reserve!

Wow. That looks great. I made some marshmallow chocolate Rice Krispie squares this week which were about half way to some Rocky Road. Yours looks spectacular though!
