  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teas

Method

  1. Combine the salt, pepper, basil, paprika, chives and oil.

  2. Blend the mustard with the water and let stand for ten minutes to develop flavor. Add mustard to the oil with remaining ingredients. Beat with a rotary beater until well blended. This dressing is particularly good on sliced tomatoes.
