This is a better method if you need to make a lot of bacon in one shot. The crispness of the bacon is also more even, and it’s not as messy as cooking it in the frying pan. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F/Gas 6). Place the slices of bacon side by side on a baking tray (lined with baking paper or unlined). Bake for about 15 minutes until the bacon is as crispy as you like it.
