  • About

A simple and refreshing way to end a meal, especially if couscous or tagine came before. Serve the oranges with Moroccan pastries if you can find them.

Ingredients

  • 5 juicy oranges
  • 1 tablespoon orange flower water
  • Fresh mint, to decorate

Method

Scrub the oranges well. Remove the zest of one of the oranges and squeeze its juice.

Squeeze a further 2 oranges and slice the remaining 2 into very fine slices. Mix the slices with the juice.

Flavour with the orange flower water and chill thoroughly for 2-3 hours.

Decorate with mint sprigs if you wish.
