This is a very rich ice-cream that doesn’t really need anything to go with it - perhaps a shortbread or Maple and Walnut Biscuit will be enough. I’ve also added some milk chocolate to enrich it even more, giving a fuller consistency to the finished dish. You will notice there is no sugar in this recipe. This is due to the sweetness of the Ovaltine and milk chocolate.
