These are a great addition to all kinds of pizzas. They’re also great on garlic bread, tossed in or as garnish for pasta, and as a finishing touch on top of roasted broccoli. They have great texture and crunch. Just make and use them fresh. They die after a few days. Always add them after the pizza comes out of the oven.

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat until the oil begins to shimmer. Add the sliced garlic and fry, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes or until light golden brown. Using a mesh strainer, drain the garlic from the hot oil.
