  • 3 cups cashews, soaked
  • ½ cup water

Method

Cashew Harissa “Jack” Cheddar

Blend cashews, water, and probiotic capsule in a high-speed blender. Transfer mixture to a shallow glass bowl and cover with cheesecloth. Let sit at room temperature for at least 24 hours to culture.

Mix together the nutritional yeast, red bell pepper, harissa paste, salt, lemon juice, and turmeric. Transfer the cheese
