Preheat oven to Reg 6/400°. When the dough has risen and been kneaded, shape it into flat rounds or oblongs the size of the pizza you want to make, and lay them in greased tins. Spread liberally with the tomato sauce and lay slices of cheese, anchovy fillets and black olives on top. Sp
