  • About

Ingredients

  • 6 large sausages
  • 6 slices streaky bacon

Method

Make a pudding batter by sieving the flour and salt into a bowl, make a well in the centre and add the eggs, breaking the yolks with your spoon before you start stirring. Add the milk gradually, stirring in the flour little by little until half the milk is added; keep going until all the flour is taken up and the mixture is smooth. Then add the rest of the milk and beat for five or ten minutes.
