  • 1 lb spinach
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ lb

Method

Cook the spinach and squeeze it dry. Purée it and let it sit in a sieve while you sauté the minced pork in the butter in a saucepan for a few minutes. Pulverise the garlic clove and add it and the spinach to the pork in the saucepan.
