Chocolate Surprise Cake

Method

Fill large muffin tins or similar pans three-quarters full of batter. Insert a 1-oz (30 g) ball of cold ganache into the center of each. Bake at 350°F (175°C) about 15 minutes. Turn out and serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. The melted ganache will run out when the cake is cut open.
