  • 2 ounces salt pork, washed and diced

Method

  1. In a large caldero or heavy kettle, heat oil included in A and brown rapidly salt pork and ham. Reduce heat to low, add ingredients included in B, and sauté for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Divide each chicken piece in two, wash, dry and add to kettle, together with rest of ingredients included in C. Mix and cook
