Chicken Salad with Carrots and Chives on Wholemeal

This sandwich is a benchmark of Rio’s beaches, and I grew up eating it. We’ll never know which beach vendor started selling these by yelling ‘Oooooolha o sanduiche natural’ (‘Look! It’s the natural sandwich!’), but it certainly was a good marketing strategy.
