We really wanted to find a good way to use quinces, as so many of our customers have brought them to our Market Garden. Quince paste and jelly are delicious, and so is this classic French tarte tatin. Quinces can be quite sour, which is why it’s best to use apples in the recipe as well.
Serve with crème fraiche. We recommend Gala, Braeburn or Golden Delicious apples.
