  • ½ kg tamarillos, approx
  • ½ cup (125 ml) orange juice<

Method

Peel the tamarillos and slice thickly. Place into a bowl. Add the orange juice and sprinkle over the soft brown sugar. Peel and slice the apples. Mix with the tamarillos.

Place the tamarillo mixture into a saucepan over a medium heat and cook until the fruit is tender. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
