    • 1 pound red cherries, pitted
    • 1-2 punnets ripe strawberries
    • 1-2


    Clean the cherries, strawberries, raspberries and red currants, and combine in a bowl; marinate for at least 30 minutes in cognac, lemon juice and sugar, to taste. Chill.
