These biscuits make a perfect crunchy accompaniment for a chocolate mousse or pudding, and the molasses gives them a sweet liquorice note. Adapt the spice according to taste; I have chosen nutmeg because it’s the national spice of Grenada and I love it, but ground ginger, cinnamon, cardamom or allspice are also good.
