These are wonderfully moist, very rich and, of course, deeply darkly chocolatey.

Ingredients

  • 125 g pecan nuts or almonds, roughly chopped
  • 100 g Grenada Chocolate Co. dark chocolate (82% cocoa solids), broken

Method

Preheat the oven to 160°C/gas mark 3. Grease the tin, line the base with greaseproof paper, then grease the paper (silicone moulds do not need to be lined).
