  • About

I smile every time I open a jar of this marmalade and spread some on warm wheat toast at breakfast. Perhaps it sounds trite and quaint to say so, but I feel like I am adding a spoonful of sunshine to my morning. This marmalade is glowing orange and lively on the palate, with a bright, wake-me-up citrus flavor. The carrot adds color, of course, but also an herbal sweetness. It’s a flavor pairing that is unexpectedly delicious.
