Bœuf Bouilli Sauté

Method

Cut the beef in small cubes, also cut a dozen small onions in slices. Brown the onions first in butter or dripping, then add the meat also, salt and pepper and chopped parsley. Fry till nicely brown, stirring well. You can, if you like, add potatoes cut in cubes, in which case it is better to begin cooking the potatoes for a few minutes before adding the rest.
