Instructions

  1. Rinse the lentils under running water. Then, chop the onion, garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and carrot.
  2. Heat oil in a large heavy-based pot and sauté the onion for 3–4 minutes over medium heat. Then, add the ginger, garlic, carrot, and bell pepper, and stir.
