Very tasty for something so simple and family enjoyed as an easy supper.

Delicious! Will definitely be making this again. I used chickpea pasta.

This is a good recipe but I found the ingredients a bit hard to find. I used soy sauce instead of tamari and baking yeast, not nutritional yeast and it tasted ok anyway. I'd probably say this is a three-person meal not two.

Hi George, you'll find baking yeast is a totally different creature than nutritional yeast. It's flavour is cheese like and is used in a lot of vegan dishes where a cheesy flavour is required. You can find it in most supermarkets these days, the best known brand is Enervita, and Bosh makes it too. 🙂

Enervita is quite easy to find in UK— made by the same people who make Marigold vegetable bouillon powder.
