  • 2 tsp oil of choice for frying
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped

Method

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan or pot over medium heat. Then sauté the onion and pepper for about 5 minutes, add the garlic, and sauté for an additional 1–2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the tomatoes and sauté for a further 3–5 minutes.
  3. Now add all remaining ingredients, increase the heat, and let simmer for about 30 minutes or longe
