Though pasta and yoghurt might seem like an odd combination, the simplicity and delightful flavours in this dish have won over many sceptical deli customers. Because it is a cooling dish and is served at room temperature, it’s best eaten in summer, either as a light lunch or dinner, alone or alongside grilled chicken or steamed lamb cutlets.
My daughter Zeina loves this dish, and looks forward to it with great anticipation.
