Grilled Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp. Fish sauce (nước mắm)
  • 1 tbsp. Light brown palm sugar
  • ½ tsp. Ground black pepper
  • 1 stalk Lemongrass, trimmed and minced
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • ¾ lb. (340 g.) Pork shoulder, butt, or leg, sliced about inch (0.3 cm.) thick

Method

  1. Whisk all ingredients except pork together. Add pork and massage to coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill pork until brown and cooked through. (You can also sauté if a grill is not available)
