My grandmother served many meals that included this chili powder-laced pork roast. She often served it as tacos in corn or flour tortillas. She also served it on a bed of creamy Mashed Potatoes, Arroz Mexicano or on Alta’s Butter Rice. My grandmother always insisted on selecting a roast with a thick fat cap.
