Gluehwein

This is a traditional sweet, spiced wine we drink during the holidays. It’s popular to have while strolling the outdoor holiday markets. The cooking reduces the alcohol to some degree (and it’s diluted by the water and sugar), so it’s not as strong as the uncooked wine. Enjoy it while it’s hot with pain d’épices, cookies, or just on its own in cold weather.
