Ingredients

  • 4 large artichokes, boiled whole, trimmed and cleaned for stuffing
  • 200 g mixed white and brown crab meat

Method

In a bowl, mix together the crab meat, chilli, mayonnaise and parsley. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Spoon into the artichokes. Serve with buttered bread and salad leaves.
