  • 4 large artichokes, prepared for stuffing and baking
  • 100 g fresh sourdough breadcrumbs

Method

Heat the oven to 160°C/Gas 3.

Put the breadcrumbs, ham, Parmesan, garlic and oregano in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add a drizzle of olive oil until the mixture is loosened and moist.
